youre graphics card and ram is ok for playing gta 4. But youre cpu will bottleneck youre graphics. it will still run ok but you may experiance slight pauses and really low fram rates from time to time. over all it willl do but a cpu upgrade is necessary for more smoother gameplay. Overclocking is an option if you dont want to spend bucks but is not recommended considiring if youre cpu blows up youre computer is nothing.

It will, run gta 4. just not at a decent frame rate. You will gwt about 15-25 fps with shadows on and 30-45 without shadows and reflections.

try this to find out what games you can run.

http://www.yougamers.com/gameometer/10171/

scroll down till you see, "can i run these games, click to find out" then select gta 4 and see for sure wheather you can or not.

I had a pentiumD 805 @ 3.5ghz, 8800gtx, 2gb ram, and x-fi (one of my old PC's), and tried playing it, got about 7-15 FPS. Definitely need tri or quad core for it. Thats the game that made me upgrade to an i7 920, happy with the upgrade and never looked back.
