Well considering that it will be released in 2011 and also checking the requirements of Hitman: Blood Money, the following could be the requirements

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo 2.4GHz or equivalent
2 GB RAM
256MB Graphics card with Pixel Shader 3 and Directx 10 (Hardware TnL)
nVidia GeForce 7500 or equivalent
