Can i run just cause 2 ,pop forgotten sands ,crysis2 on ati 4350 1gb?

Just Cause 2: Probably not, the HD 4350 is about the equal of an x1600 pro or an HD 2400 XT, both of which fall below the game's minimum system requirements. Maybe on the lowest possible settings you might approach a playable frame rate.
PoP: Your card will meet minimum system requirements, however, do not expect good performance above low settings, it just barely meets minimum spec.
Crysis 2: HD 3850 is listed as minimum for an ATI card, the 4350 is much weaker than the 3850, you probably will not be able to run it, even on lowest settings.

You will be able to play Just Cause 2 and Crysis 2 but don't go above lowest settings or your frame rate will be too low, I have played both games on a system much the same except with a GT 8800, a very budget card.

The 8800GT is actually a good deal more powerful than an HD 4350. It is available cheap due to being pretty outdated. The weakest 8800GT is about equal to an HD 2900 Pro or an HD 3850 256 MB. The 8800GT also meets the minimum system requirements of all those games. The 4350 does not meet minimum requirements for Crysis 2 or Just Cause 2.

8800gt is more comparable to a 4850 than the 2900 pro.
where as the 8800gts 320 is very similar to the 2900 pro

so any one of them could not run properly on my system hear that in some pc just cause 2 and crysis 2 run properly but on very low settings and 640x480 of resolution some say that it can not run who is true...

You can run Prince of Persia: Forgotten Sands. I doubt you will be able to run Just Cause 2 or Crysis 2. Those two games call for cards that are more powerful than the HD 4350 on their minimum system requirements. Best case scenario if you do run Just Casue 2 or Crysis 2 on a 4350 is that you get a slideshow, nothing close to smooth gameplay.

If you want to game on your PC, you definitely need to consider getting a better video card. A better CPU and more RAM would also be helpful. 2GB of RAM is quite low if you plan to game on Windows 7. Your CPU does meet minimum system requirements for most games, though only just barely in some cases.

bro yesterday i bought crysis 2 and it runs smoothly in my pc in medium settings in win7 not in xp because of stream processors gpu like 8600gts got 32 stream processors and hd 4350 got 80 stream processors the difference is of X2.5 and my graphics cards crad speed increases X2.5 in comparision to 8600gts

and what resolution are you running it at? 400x235?

i run crysis 2 at 800x600 screen resolution
