Almost all of my pc games are doing the same thing. Not totally freezing but kinda pausing. When they stop I still have mouse control and can look around fine. But the action just stops for a few seconds. First notices it with WoW then most of my other games.I built this pc a few months ago, and not one problem until now. Granted not the best, but does fine for me. Hell I even tried the onboard video, with the lates drivers. Tried different ram in different slots.

Amd Athlon 7850 dual core 2.80ghz
ECS A740gm-m mobo
2xGb Crucial ddr2 6400
Nvidia Geforce 210 PCI-E 1024mb ddr2
Windows XP Pro sp3
500gb Hitachi sata drive
400 or 450 psu

your playing at to high a setting for your meager gfx .
the 210 isnt a gaming card by any stretch of imagination. basicaly your pc is waiting for your gfx to catch up because its so slow. any gfx card with ddr2 ram is not a gaming card. the ram is just to slow. not only that your actual gpu doesnt meet the minimum requirements for most games...

its a video card designed purely for playing movies if you want to play games you will need an absolute minimum of a gts 240 or 250 your psu is strong enough to handle the 250 as long as its a reliable 1 that can push at least 300watts.
