multiple sound cards, use all outputs, super-equalizer (each range, its own output)

i put this in the SOFTWARE section because i need SOFTWARE that allows this. i choose the sub category DRIVERS as a DRIVER would be the best software solution. (ie. make a new driver emulating a soundcard that all applications will use. this emulated "soundcard" will then disperpse all audio according to my settings below)

think super-equalizer (each range, its own output) for example i will dedicate 0-30Hz to output A
30-200Hz to output B
200-2000Hz to output C
2000 and up to output D

do NOT ask why, that is a stupid question that has no real effect on the answer

i am willing to pay REAL MONEY for this to become a reality

Wouldn't it be easier (and likely far less expensive and more reliable) to connect your computer to an actual mixer board and amp to do as you suggest?

Regardless, good luck with your question.
