Can't Access BIOS Setup

I have a Duron 800 and MSI K7T Pro 2A. Suddenly I am unable to access the BIOS setup. When I hit the delete button during POST I get a blank screen with a thick blue line at the bottom and a flashing cursor in the upper left corner. Anyone know what to do?

I got this on mine when I bumped the clock speed up too much, Try resetting thge cmos, if that doesnt work, as mentioned, a flash should sort it.
