So I just bought a 22" HD Widescreen LCD monitor that I want to watch TV on. It has the following inputs : VGA, DVI, HDMI (With an HDMI Speaker Out), and Component. With those inputs I figured I could find SOME way to connect a simple cable line to some sort of receiver which would have an output that I support. I looked at receivers but they're all like $200+ ....all I need is cable TV IN, and any of the above mentioned OUT. Does this exist?

btw, Im using computer speakers (5.1 surround) but they support RCA as well.
