buy a PS2, cheap, and you can definitely find GTA:SA still. It was a very popular game.

Pick it up on steam http://store.steampowered.com/sub/4466/ get the full series for 50$ cheaper than buying a ps2...

Use it on PC, you get better resolution and graphics and a higher frames per second.

Plus buying a new PS2 to play 1 game is a complete waste of money. Like 150 dollars wasted right there.
