Word + Excel do not print after update of Office 2007

After a recent update of Office2007, my HP printer stopped printing word and excel documents. The weird thing is that every other kind of document (pdf, html...) is printing just fine.

I already tried :
- removing and reinstalling printer
- using different fonts in my documents
- updating printer drivers
- printing only in Black&White

Has somebody else encountered this problem?
Any tips are welcome.



I am running WIN7 64bit.

  1. Hi webster188 and welcome to Tom's hardware forum.

    Unsinstall Office 2007, use ccleaner to delete all the old files reboot and reboot the right.

    Install again 2007 BUT select custom installation and in the window where u see all the Office products, select "Run all from the PC".
