I have the key but no CD

Hello, I have a bit of a problem... I have Gears of War for my PC, I can run the game just fine and what not, but I seem to have misplaced the CD for the game (Silly me) I have the original case, Manual, and product Key (Product Key is Unused) I was wondering if there is an LEGAL way for me to download the game and use my product key still. Or should I buy another copy of the CD? I want to be perfectly legal about this. Gears is one of my favorite games and I'd love to go back and play it again.

Check there website. Sometimes they offer you to download it from there. Or try to download the trial if they have one and use your own CD key.

I know Blizzard Battle.net lets you register you games by using your CD key, and lets you download those games all the time.

Also, I believe Steam might let you download the game. I think you can use Steam and download the game and play it if you have the CD key.
