How much do you people know about networks?

I have a remote subnet that can browse (through network neighborhood ) its network and my local network. My local network can only see itself. I can ping the remote subnet using Netbios names or I.P. addresses. I am using WINS. Any suggestions.

Have you checked the WINS servers to see if they're synched up? Are you using more than one?

There is only one WINS server.

Are there domains on each subnet?

There is only one domain. Both subnets are members of that domain. The wins server is on the local domain.
