I would recommend the Asus CUSL2(-C) over it.

Asus is a very reliable company, and their board offers more tweaking and overclocking features than the Intel board.

I have to agree. CUSL2-C has more features (Overclocking, BIOS settings) over ANY Intel Mobo. Intel mobo's aren't designed for speed, they are really OEM mobo's that are stable, CUSL2-C is just as stable though. So I'd get CUSL2-C if I'm building a PIII system.
