i have old psp 1001 with custom firmware installed, 5.00 M33-4. I want to update it to non custm firmware using the latest firmware from Playstation (6.39 if im not mistaken) but will it possible to update it just like that? Or do i need to downgrde back the firmware (to old firmware that is not custom firmware) so i can upgrde to 6.39? Or maybe there is no turning back aftr installng custom firmware, and all i can do is just use an updated vrsion of custom firmware.
And, I know, to use custom firmware, i need Pandora Battery, but let say, if i have original firmware (ex: 1.50) and i want to upgrde to 6.39, do i still need the Pandora Battery?
