Red Dead Revolver only came out on the PS2 and XBox. Unless you intend to play it on an emulator it's not possible to play it on PC. Emulation does cause a rather large performance hit, particularly trying to emulate PS2 architecture, you would probably need a pretty powerful CPU to emulate any PS2 game well, and not every game works properly when emulated. If you really want to play that game, you're best off trying to dig up a PS2.
