Can anyone tell my if a standard polyphonic midi file will work on the
Audiovox CDMA 9900?? I tried to send an e-mail to my phone with the
file attached and can't find a way in the cell phone to save the midi
attachment to try and play it. The file is in the format xxx.mid is
that correct? I read where yoy can attach a midi, e-mail it to the
phone, save it and you are done. Can't get it to work.

When you are viewing the message, choose options, then save. Another menu
comes up where you can save the sound.

I figured it out. The CDMA 9900 uses standard or polyphonic ring
tones. You can search on MIDI files on the web and find 1,000's of
them and just send them to the phone. Once in your phone you can
rename them too and the work great. Did dome today and they are
working great.
