[Solved] What is a binkw32.dll and why am I missing it

I would like to know why I cannot find binkw32.dll anywhere without having people wanting to send a program to your computer then make you pay for it just to get one damn .dll.

file used for the playback of older in-game videos, bink format. Like the original diablo.

Reinstall whichever program is asking for the dll and it will most likely solve the issue.
