A7V133 BIOS Update Question

I tried updating my BIOS today. In the process of flashing to 1004 I got a message stating "The checksum of AVU1004.AWD is 8F8E. Are you sure?" I have no idea what that means so I reverted to the factory BIOS. Does anyone know what that means or whether I should have proceeded? I downloaded the the BIOS from ASUS.

Looks like you were OK as long as it said Flashed Successfully. But check out this link to ASUS and it will explain in detail. http://www.asus.com.tw/products/motherboard/flash.html

I have flashed quite a few but everytime I flash one I always hold my breath but always works out OK
