can i get all this on a motherboard?

its a long story, but this is what i need on a mainboard:

support for at least 1GB memory
ATX form factor
dual 10/100 ethernet
at least 1 channel ultra 160 SCSI (no need for RAID)
3 pci
serial

vga would be nice, but not required
socket 370 (support for PIII 900) would also be nice

any reccomendations? only one that comes close is a supermicro board that only has support for 512MB of memory =(. TIA...

I know the Tyan Thunder K7 has all those things, but it's expensive, and is a dual Athlon MP board.

The only minus with this mobo is the lack of AGP, but it does have integrated ATI grafix.

My Abit has 6 PCI slots, and support for 1.5GB of RAM. It's the KT7a-RAID, which is an Athlon board, but I'm sure there's a comparable Intel board.

If you didn't need dual LAN on-board and just used one or two expansion cards instead you would greatly expand your choices.
