I used ghost 2005 to copy my windows partition onto my 60 Gig HD because I got a laptop and no longer need my desktop. So I selected drive copy with the "copy MBR" option selected.
Afterwards, I set my 60 GIG as the master and only have that HD plugged in. The BIOS sees the disc, but it wont boot into XP.
I've used XP setup disc to "fixboot" and "fixmbr", as well as repair XP parition. None of them made the disc bootable. All the files are on the 60 GIG, and I think it has a problem with the boot sector somewhere???
Any clues??
