Help Needed 6110 all-in-one

While inserting a new #56 cartridge into my all-in-one the other day, two
springs popped out "somewhere," south of the cartridge holders. Can't
remember exactly how they fit now and the printer won't go past the "warming
up" stage. If you have an HP6110, would you please contact me and describe
the placement of these confounded springs? 'Preciate it.

The machine's out of warranty now, and HP -- as usual won't assist, other
than tell me that I have a "hardware malfunction," but will be willing to
exchange my printer for a rebuilt one for a couple hundred bucks! Ya gotta
love 'em! Thanks.
