I recently finished installing all parts to my system i just set up(a7pro, tbird 1 ghz, 128 ram)and am quite confused on this asus onboard audio..it says that in order to enable the onboard audio you must move the jumpers which I have located. However, they are literally flat, as in you basically cant move them..wtf?
for you to help me better :) ive got the manual for the mobo here (adobe acrobat)
paid2surfmoney.homestead.com/files/a7v-104.pdf
pg 19 i believe..
BTW, noticing another thing, this may sound stupid, but where exactly is the hole for the speakers/headset? first time ive built a comp and have been successful until now :\
thanks for your help

I may be barking up the wrong tree, however it sounds as though your M/B does not have audio on board, if it did, finding the "HOLES" for IN,OUT & MIC would be simple as they would be under the gameport/midi at the rear of the board.
Also, the jumper would be a normal enable/disable plastic two pinout type and a BIOS enable/disable.
Just check the board on the website, the manuals normally cover a number of different options.
