poor score with TNT2 pro

I have an 400 Mhz Mendocino with an VIA 693A chipset. My videocard is an TNT 2 PRO. I installed the 4in1 via drivers and detonator 5.22 for TNT. And after all this, my score in 3d Mark is ONLY 927. I also tried Final Reality and I was only A few points over an i740 (the score was very poor at memory bandwith speed, Ithink).

your main problem is system bus: 66Mhz is really slow.
if your MoBo supports 75Mhz or 83Mhz system bus, you should try to overclock it (your celeron should run over 500Mhz without problems). Then I suggest you to try detonators 4.31, the fastest drivers for TNT2 chip. You can find them here:

they are Microsoft certified and are about 5% faster than 5.x series
