I have flashed my ASUS A7V Motherboard with the 1007 BIOS that I obtained from the ASUS Website.

Where did you obtain the 1008E BIOS?

I upgraded my ASUS Motherboard, since I replaced my AMD 950 MHZ CPU with an AMD Axia 1.33 266 FSB CPU.

All the BIOSes on <A HREF="http://www.asus.com.tw/products/Motherboard/bios_socka.html" target="_new">this page</A> are the newest official BIOSes. If you see any newer ones, they might be from a enthusiast site, such as BrazilianTech or AMDMB.com. In my opinion, I would only really trust the official Asus site, since you're dealing with something so important.
