Motherboard Upgrade Advice

I'll be upgrading to a Tbird 1.3 or 1.4 next month, and I have been researching motherboards. I am interested in DDR. Do I go with the Asus a7m266, KG7-raid or another board? Or do I wait for SiS and/or nForce boards? How long would I have to wait for those?

Is the biostar M7MIA a good board or should i spend $70 more for a7m266. My resources are limited and i am not gonna overclock. Mostly used for games.
The motherboard will be used with
1.2 ghz athlon 266fsb
256mb pc2100 ddr
20gig Ibm hard drive-ata100 7200 rpm
msi geforce2mx 32 sdram
