Why WOULDN'T you want more power than you can easily get?
I'll take everything AMD hands me, and steal a little more ;)

ya might want to look for some reviews on the new abit board. KG-7 I think its called. Looks like they got all 4 DDR slots to work with AMD 761 chipset after all. Not sure howlong till it hits public though.

Crap, all the good ones are already taken.

Stable posted a thread on why 4 unregistered DDR DIMMS would not work on the AMD 761, so four dimms would require the use of registered memory.

I know I had a memory laps on that registered part. But at least they got all 4 to work with registered, the K7 Master couldn't do that and had to remove 2 of them.

Crap, all the good ones are already taken.

the ga-7dxr has three slots for ddr and it also has mulipler jumpers on and i have seen it be be pretty close to the assus a7m266 beating it a by a little bit ussaly

but it is 20 dollarss more then the asus
but it has a lot of nice features you can check the review out athttp://www.amdmb.com
then after your read it go into the forms and look at all the ga7dxr becuase i found another place in ther that did a performance test agianst a couple of other moother boards
they had ethe chip up to a 169 fsb witha mjulitplyer of ten but it was unstable at that point
