"Page Down" key acting up

I have an HP pavilion zx5190us laptop. I took a brush and tried to
clean between the keys. I must have something stuck under the "page
down" key because now when I use it, I barely touch it and it pages
down -- sometimes more than I want.

I'd like to take the key off and check it, but am not sure if I
should. Can I just pop it off and then put it back on again? I don't
want to break it.
