Damaged MB on Heatsink install

When I installed the heatsink onto my A7M266 MB I slipped and damaged the RN 51 transitor/? The system is booting fine and all benchmarks I have run through SANDRA show it is performing well, should I do something about this? Will the board become unstable at sometime down the road?
