Programming gaming keyboards for random tasks

Hi. i am considering to buy a gaming keyboard because i need backlit keys plus would want to program the keys, but i am NOT a gamer, rather, i use Adobe software, flash pro and premier, for interactive animations and video, and while these programs enable the user to program their own keyboard shortcuts, i would like to have more keys, to do additional things, such as starting a program in one keyboard click, or turning on flash media encoder in one click.

Does anyone know if this is possible to do with keyboards below, which are quite appealing to me?:

the logitech g11,g15 and g19 have lots of macro buttons . even on the basic g11 you have an option of up to 56 macros as it has 18 G keys with 3 modes of operation.
