Driver for iomega hdd 30

Upgraded from Vista to Windows 7 home premium 32 bit and plugged in my iomega hdd 30g but PC does not recognize can you help?

  1. I am asssuming it is a USB drive,
    plug in in the drive and see if you get the bubble in the bottom right that says it sees the device, chance are there is no bubble, go to Start>Control Panel>Administrative Tools>Computer Management>Storage>Disk Management(Local)>the next box gives you a list of HDD's, CD-ROM's, and USB devices, on the right side of the box at the top, second down says, Rescan Disks, click it, wait for it to run and see if your External Storage shows up in the list, yes you must look at the whole list
