Hi I make videogame guides on youtube, I'm usually seen playing videogames 14 hours a day and I've been thinking of making a smalltime film company for my guides and I was wondering if I need to get a copywrite or anything like that for something smalltime like a film title on my youtube game vids.

Hmmm, honestly I would try and contact Youtube for that. I would think as long as you had a disclosure at the beginning of the video, or on the page you would be ok, but I'm not positive.
