post system specs first plz. also, "won't work" varies a lot, won't work like getting 5 fps, or won't start up, or randomly drops out of game, perhaps lags out on a certain cutscene?

As posted above, you need to provide us with your PC specs. It may not work properly because you may have just scraped the minimum requirements. Or, you may have not installed it correctly.
