How are These Specs?

I am not a hardcore gamer so i will play at the least 1024x768 resolution and at medium/high graphics.
The Specs of what i want,

AMD Phenom x3 2.9 Ghz (which i will "maybe" unlock the 4th core)
4 Gigs of Memory
Ati Radeon 4670.

How will this setup run on games like,

Mafia 2
Gta IV
NFS Shift 2
Dirt 3
etc.

If i cant run this good, should i get the 4850?

It should play all those games but with low settings, a 4850 would be alot better but I would recommend a 5770 or 6770.

Since you've got a HD 4670, I'd say DiRT 3 and NFS Shift would run okay at those settings.
GTA IV ? Considering it's a badly coded game and requires a good quad core CPU to run, you'd be able to run the game at 800X600 at low and medium specs.
Mafia 2 would run okay.

If you can get a HD 4850, the games mentioned would run better. But it's best if you go for a HD 6770 or HD 5770.
