VOLTAGE PROBLEM

Hi
My friend have stupid M/B called PCchips. He used a Hardware monitor software, it give hims this error:
Error : Voltage(1) Lose Its Voltage Level
Error : Voltage(2) Lose Its Voltage Level
Error : Voltage(3) Lose Its Voltage Level
Error : Voltage(4) Lose Its Voltage Level

What doesn this mean?

It means that the monitoring softare is not configured to work with his board. Uninstall it, it's useless.
