Guild Wars 2 system req?

So I've been looking at guild wars 2 that as I know of still has no release date and from what I see no system requirements. Anyone heard anything about this? I'm also researching components to make a new computer as soon as funds suffice. Idly I want it to be able to run guild wars 2 on highest settings as possible without getting too pricy.
