Not that I've seen. I've got one of the drives, and kick myself in the butt for not picking up another before they disappeared. This is mainly because it was a software and hardware combination to T@2 the disk. It was built into the drives firmware.
The closest thing I've seen is the LightScribe drives. It's a similar in that you use the same laser to burn pictures and labels, except you need special disks so you can burn on the label side, not the data side as the Yamaha drive did. Can't tell ya much more, as I haven't been following them.
