Will Windows 7 work on a Dell E520?

Anyone have any experience of Windows 7 on a Dell E520? Mine has 4gb ram and a Q6700 processor, so technically should be OK, but I read some stuff on the net about people stuggling with the bios![:??:]( ":??:")
