There is no particular reason that any of those cards will not work on that motherboard. Also the applications that you are going to use do not require powerful 3d graphics. Your best be would be to go for the card with the best 2d performance. That would be the Matrox G450 card.

I'm curious, where are you getting these prices on these cards, are you from the US? A ATI Radeon64 will only set you back $160, not $230.

Blah, Blah Blahh, Blahh, blahh blah blahh, blah blah.

Do you plan on watching TV, DVD, or have a Digital Receiver hooked up to your computer. If you anwsered yes to any of the above, I would recommend the AIW Radeon. which you can get at Invado.com for only $178.00. I have it and it works great. If not, I would buy the Radeon VE at buy.com for only $78.00 and spend the other $200 on another 17" or 19" monitor. For design work internet browsing, multiple monitors are very nice and the card allows you to hook up a Flat panel, Analog, and TV in diferent configurations.

If it works for you then don't fix it.
