Windows cannot start this hardware... Code 19

Greetings Ppl,

I have a problem with my CD/DVD-ROM is showing Code 19 in Device Manager.
Windows 7 don't have Upperfilter our Lowerfilter as Win XP and Win Vista.
Already try to uninstall, reboot, reinstall again, already search in regedit for any info related CD/DVD and nothing



Does anyone have this problem at the moment.

I think the problem was related with 3G card installed.

I remove all software and hidden hardware a and the problem is solved.
