clock - can you stop it completely?

Hi there... does anyone know if you can stop or slow down the clock on your motherboard completely so that no time
is passing by for the pc???? I need somehow a program or a trick that will slow down the time by approx 80%
Any Ideas ?

Sorry I do not have an answer for you just wondering why you would want to do this?

Just think when the price comes down and all the bugs are worked out it will be obsolete!
