My son just got Minecraft beta, but the following warning comes up before running the software:

"This file does not have a valid digital signature that verifies it's publisher. You should only run software from publishers you trust."

Is it safe to play this game? Sorry if this is a stupid question...but I am not a gamer and I am wary about downloading things to my computer. :??:

Thanks!

minecraft is ok, can you provide a link as to where you got it from, as all may not be as it seems, and the only way to tell is to know where you got it from.
