Are there any MB's coming out soon that will offer support for 3 sticks of 256mb PC2100 Unbuffered ram?? I was waiting for a SiS735 chipset board, but I just ordered 3 sticks of Crucial ram today and then changed the order to 2 sticks because I forgot after 2 sticks you need registerd ram...am I correct in this aspect? Thanks.

It depends of the motherboard and the chipset! However, you must keep in mind that Win 9x and ME wil not support more than 512 megs of RAM if it is your OS.
Now for the MO, an exemple of unbuffered RAM that cannot have more than two stick is the Gigabyte with the AMD760 (I don't remember the exact model). It has 3 slots, but can only use two if unbuffered.

 <font color=red>Hail total victory of AMD versus Intel![\red]

Well....should I change my order back to 768mb of Unregisterd....or should I change it to 768mb of ECC....will I be losing performance by going to ECC?? I have read that you do. And I plan to run Win 2000 or WinXP on this new system.
