16mb of laptop graphics isnt likely to play many games other than very simple ones--can you allocate more memory to the graphics in the bios or is 16mb the maximum--whats the rest of the system specs?--processor speed and how much memory

Nothing recent.

I though about the original Sims game that was released back in 2000, but that requires 64MB of video RAM.

You probably have to go way back to DOS games like Civilization I & II, Star Wars X-Wing Collector Series, Hexen and Heretic series. Basically speaking, you are looking for pre-1997 games.

I can't increase my ram in the bios. I noticed some ea sports titles from 2001-2003 only require either minimum or recommended 16mb of vram. Im going to try fifa and nba and post back. Thank you.

Pretty sure I played Quake 3 on a Voodoo3 that was a 16mb card in 1999...

Half Life Is a First Person shooter. and One of the greatest of all times, Counter strike 1.6 was a mod for Half Life which then turned into a stand alone game (as you can see on steam if you search "Counter Strike")
