I am trying to record one of my old vhs tapes to dvd using Nero 6. The tape is 4 hours long, and when I got done recording the file, the thing was friggin HUGE!!!...like 15 gigs worth of HUGE! Is there a program somewhere or some other way to shrink the file down to a manageable size while keeping the video quality semi-decent? The tape itself was recorded on extended play mode, so video quality isn't the highest to begin with, and I'd like to keep it roughly the same as that if possible. Thanks in advance for any help that you can give.

If you can burn it to a DVD, you can use DVD Shrink but I don't think it will work on the file
