Best gta san andreas mods

I was thinking about playing san andreas again and was wondering which mods would be best for it. Im thinking a graphics mod but i do not like the enb series. are there any others? and which car mods are best? i want one that has real cars and the cars name when you get in, not the fake in-game name. also are there any that adds a new storyline? Any tips and suggestions would be appriciated. thank you

And no, we don't play it anymore these days.
Apart from ENB series, I don't know of any other mods for graphics.
