That is alpha gameplay with two GTX 580's SLI, but I heard that alpha gameplay has toned down graphics.

No that is footage from the EA press release that happened this morning. That is final or pretty close to final graphics/textures. I saw the alpha footage over at overclock.net on their 600+ page BF3 thread, and this this looks a hundred times better. I would say this is what the public beta is going to look like, just a guess though.
