I have a problem with my task manager, when I press control+alt+delete, the task pane is displayed but the toolbars at the top are completely missing, plus no header saying task manager! So i can only see the what programs are runnning. I can still switch task or exit task etc but thats it, because the toolbars have gone i cannot select any other windows in task manager, such as viewing the processes that are running. Has anybody else encountered this before? Any suggestions apart from having to re-install windows?
