JUST INSTALLED THIS BOARD, AND WHILE IT'S WORKING GREAT, CAN ANYBODY THAT HAS AN ABIT BOARD TELL ME WHAT THE " HOT ROD 100" FLOPPY I RECEIVED IN THE BOX IS FOR AND IS IT WORTH INSTALLING?

It sounds like those would be the drivers for the Highpoint RAID controller, although I don't know why it isn't labelled HPT370. Check out <A HREF="http://www.abit-usa.com/eng/product/card/h100.htm" target="_new">This page</A> for some more info.

yes, it IS the raid controller, it tells you in the mobo manual how it will detect in windows!!
If you arnt using raid, then its probably best to disable it in the bios.

THANKS, I DID HAVE THE RAID CONTROLLER DISABLED IN THE BIOS, AND AGAIN THANKS FOR HELPING ME W/ THIS MATTER...JOE
