I need a solution.
A repeater to pick up a signal through a reverse SMA cable (from an external
aerial - only way to get signal to where it needs to go) and then i want the
repeater to repeat the signal within a 10-25 meter radius of its self.
Will this mean getting a device with 2 aerials? How can i do this?

I am not aware of Wi-Fi boxes configured as wireless repeaters.
You can make do with two W-Fi boxes: connect wireless access point to
external antenna, from the access point to the bridge for local coverage.
