I cant open any tuner shops in nfs most wanted?

pls help me. im goin to the shop in RESUME FREE ROAM {car lot n performance one} but then even if i go there and press enter it wont cum. apparently nothing shown in the map can be accesible except the cameras. pls help me iv got 7 million $ in nfs mw but i cant even buy a car.hope u hav a solution fr me.

Re-installing may help rather than patching. Try both though. Re-install and then patch the game.
