DotA uses about 10Mb for an hour. This is taking into account game times of about 30 minutes (for exp) and filled with all 10 players playing. Hosting takes a lot more though, with usage of up to 30Mb per game being more the norm. That can result in about 60Mb an hour (for two 30-min games).
